Our Leadership Team

Our board brings together expertise in parkour coaching, veteran services, adaptive fitness, nonprofit leadership, and community organizing.

President

Ramez Shakhashiro

Ramez has been practicing parkour for over 10 years, and coaching movement classes at local gyms for over five years. He has a dedication to teaching and a passion to make parkour accessible to everyone.

Vice President

Eric Smith

A local entrepreneur with experience in the nonprofit sector, Eric brings business acumen to the organization. His small business serves many veterans with various levels of functionality, and he knows firsthand the positive impact that access to programs and communities can have on quality of life.

Treasurer

Joseph Monroe

Joe holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and brings a detail-oriented eye to managing the organization's finances. He has been practicing parkour for over 15 years and is a dynamic example of how strength and conditioning can elevate one's parkour skills.

Secretary

Teresa Dupuis

A medic and US Army Combatives Level 2 instructor, Teresa has deep experience in fitness curriculum and organizational logistics. As a disabled veteran, she has lived the challenge of recovering from injury and returning to movement — and uses that experience to help others find joy in their bodies again. She serves as veteran's liaison for a VA community care clinic and co-founded Pure Parkour Inc to build a welcoming space for families and communities who face distance, time, and financial barriers to healthy activity.

Chief Executive Officer

Ian Taylor

Ian has been practicing parkour for nearly 20 years and coaching exclusively in Colorado for five years at Flipshack. Certified through ADAPT and WFRF programs, he co-founded Pure Parkour Inc with the dream of building a gym that removes every physical and financial barrier to training. He holds a bachelor's degree in graphic design and creates the visual identity of the organization.

Chief Operations Officer

Owen Granado

Owen has been practicing parkour for over 10 years and coaching movement classes at local gyms for over five years. He is a core part of the team building the gym's curriculum — transforming training goals into a dynamic skill tree that incorporates a gaming-inspired progression system.
