Our weekly community sessions are the heartbeat of Pure Parkour Inc. Led by experienced coaches, these sessions are completely free and open to anyone in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

What to Expect

Your First Session

Here is what to expect on your first Saturday.

Warm-Up (15 min)

Light movement, stretching, and fundamentals. We get your body ready to move safely.

Skill Work (45 min)

Coaches work with participants at their individual level — beginners learn basics while advanced practitioners explore more challenging movements.

Community Jam (45 min)

Open practice where everyone trains together, shares tips, and builds connections.

Cool Down & Q&A (15 min)

We close with stretching, reflection, and time to ask coaches any questions.

Prepare

What to Bring

You do not need any special equipment to get started. Here is everything you need for your first session.

✅ Comfortable Clothing

Athletic wear that lets you move freely. Layers are helpful in cooler weather.

✅ Athletic Shoes

Flat-soled shoes with good grip. Running shoes or trainers work perfectly.

✅ Water Bottle

You will need it. Two hours of parkour is a workout.

✅ An Open Mind

No experience required. We meet you where you are.
